State Farm Insurance suffered a legal setback in its fight with a Miami-Dade County condo association over damage payments and related bad-faith claims stemming from Hurricane Wilma.

In a 5-2 decision, the full 3rd District Court of Appeal sent State Farm Insurance back to the trial court saying it was too early in the circuit court case for it to intervene.
