A Boca Raton company that shares an address with Crocker Partners has acquired the 100 SE Third Ave. building through an online foreclosure auction. One Financial Plaza, a company managed by Crocker’s chief financial officer, Todd Amara, purchased the 276,000-square-foot building for $44.01 million, according to Broward County public records.

Calls to Amara were not returned.
