A fund operated by JP Morgan Investment Management is the would-be buyer of the Fort Lauderdale’s Bank of America at Las Olas City Centre, according to several sources.

The office building has been under contract for several months and a source familiar with the deal said the property will sell for a little more than $160 million, or about $400 per square foot.
