In a decision supporting term limits for Broward County commissioners, the 4th District Court of Appeal on Wednesday ruled voters are allowed to amend the county charter and impose term limits on county commissioners.
Fort Lauderdale resident William Telli last year challenged the term limit rule approved by voters in 2000, arguing it conflicted with the Florida Constitution.
