A Boca Raton-based accounting firm is asking for attorney fees and sanctions against three disgruntled Palm Beach County investors and their attorneys, claiming the firm was harassed in a baseless lawsuit.
Broward Circuit Judge Jeffrey Streitfeld dismissed the case filed by the investors with prejudice Aug. 3, barring them from coming back with their claims.
