Red-light camera tickets may be a small fraction of Ted L. Hollander’s business, but the mailed-out, car-owner targeted fines have become the traffic defense lawyer’s claim to fame.
Of the 700-plus camera-as-cop cases Hollander has tackled, he has lost only a handful. However, the partner in the Fort Lauderdale-based Ticket Clinic law firm foresees rougher legal terrain ahead.
