Gov. Rick Scott appointed two Palm Beach County attorneys and an insurance broker to openings on the Palm Beach Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
The selections are Shelli A. Healy, an attorney with Roberts Reynolds Bedard & Tuzzio in West Palm Beach; Phillip H. Hutchinson, a partner at Greenberg Traurig in West Palm Beach; and Kelly V. Hagar, owner and president of Kelly V. Hagar Insurance Agency in Palm Beach Gardens.
