A moving van parked across the street from the federal courthouse in downtown West Palm Beach led to the temporary evacuation of all employees and visitors Monday morning, but the vehicle was determined to be harmless.
No explanation was available for why an explosives-sniffing dog alerted on the truck, which had been unattended for at least a day, according to a West Palm Beach police spokesman.
