MYD Marine, a Fort Lauderdale-based company that was once the largest distributor of the leading paint line for yacht builders and boatyards, asked Tuesday to revive its antitrust lawsuit on appeal.

The 4th District Court of Appeal should find there was a horizontal conspiracy between U.K.-based paint manufacturer International Paint and a group of rival distributors, said Scott Perwin of Kenny Nachwalter in Miami.
