Thomas Capano, a disbarred attorney who once served as Delaware’s deputy attorney general and managing partner of Saul Ewing‘s Wilmington office, has died in prison at 61.
Capano’s body was found in his cell at a state prison near Smyrna, Del., according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. He was serving a life sentence for the 1996 murder of Anne Marie Fahey, his former mistress and a scheduling secretary for Delaware governor Thomas Carper at the time of her death.
