A man was charged today with carrying a concealed firearm, armed trespassing and impersonating a police officer after allegedly trying to bring a gun and 140 bullets into the Hollywood courthouse.

Francois Brown, 39, was arrested Tuesday at the Broward County South Regional Courthouse, the Broward Sheriff’s Office reported. Brown tried to enter the building with the gun and ammunition in a backpack. When questioned about the items at the X-ray security check, he claimed to be a police officer.
