With several states threatening to pull out of settlement talks with the nation’s major lenders on foreclosure abuse claims, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi is heading to Washington today to try to keep them in negotiations.

Addressing a room of lawyers and judges in Miami on Wednesday, Bondi said restoring a 50-state front was “the main thing” on her mind for talks with Ally Financial, Bank of America, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo.
