A slew of sales in the wealthy enclave of Manalapan are leading the recovery of the luxury residential market in Palm Beach County.

In the town’s most expensive home sale of 2011, a 4-year-old mansion at 820 S. Ocean Blvd. sold on Oct. 6 for $25.5 million, according to Palm Beach County records. The sale was recorded by the county on Wednesday.
