Mexican developers Elias and Abraham Cababie hoped this day would never come and fought hard to prevent their day in court.

The brothers, founders of Aventura-based Cabi Developers, are to face off in federal court against MUNB Loan Holdings, which is targeting their personal assets to recover $15 million related to a construction-and-acquisition loan that is in default.
