Dealmakers: Danny Finkle and Hermen Rodriguez
The Deal: Finkle and Rodriguez brokered the $163.73 million sale of the Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre in Fort Lauderdale. The brokers marketed the trophy office building on behalf of the seller, a partnership between Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles and San Francisco-based Shorenstein Properties. JP Morgan Investment Management purchased the 408,079-square-foot tower on Oct. 11.
