In a complaint alleging criminal conspiracy to drive a former client into bankruptcy, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd is seeking up to $40 million in damages from global communications giant Avaya and its lawyers at national intellectual property firm Banner & Witcoff.
The suit also names two of Robbins Geller’s former clients, vTRAX Technologies and vTRAX Technologies Licensing, as defendants.
