Palm Beach Circuit Judge Joseph Marx scored the best among circuit judges in the latest Palm Beach Bar Association judicial evaluation when attorneys were asked who “needs improvement.”
While the association does not rank judges in its survey results, an analysis of the “needs improvement” category submitted by attorneys who appear before the judges provided a snapshot of who’s on top and who’s not.
