Two executives of Luxembourg-based Cargolux Airlines International have pleaded guilty and face 13-month prison sentences for their parts in a conspiracy to fix cargo rates for international air shipments.
Ulrich Ogiermann, former president and CEO, and Robert Van de Weg, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Cargolux, pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge in an indictment filed in October in West Palm Beach.
