While the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts board has not taken a position on Genting Resorts World, center chairman Michael Eidson says the cultural venue is in talks with the developer about the design of access roads and entrances to the proposed mega gambling project.

Eidson said during a daylong forum on destination resorts and casinos Monday, that the arts center has hired a traffic consultant and has identified ways to ease traffic in downtown Miami. Part of the effort would entail redesigning Interstate 395. Eidson said Genting would be willing to help pay for the multimillion job.
