Citing Claudio Osorio’s “lies” and “misleading” statements, a bankruptcy judge has rejected the Miami Beach entrepreneur’s bid to reorganize and launch a new company.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Mark on Friday ruled the Chapter 11 petitions of Osorio and his company, InnoVida Holdings, should be converted to Chapter 7 liquidation. InnoVida owes creditors more than $45 million.
