CityPlace Partners has modified its $150 million mortgage backed by the 72-acre CityPlace entertainment and retail hub in downtown West Palm Beach. Terms were not disclosed.

It took more than a year to get the loan modification, which extended the loan maturity date. According to Fitch Ratings, the CMBS loan was transferred to a special servicer in April 2010 as the debt faced “imminent default.”
