Ponzi scammer Scott Rothstein angrily stormed out of a deposition when asked whether he had anything to do with the murder of former law partner Melissa Britt Lewis, who was killed in 2008.

Rothstein denied having any knowledge of the murder but acknowledged having an affair with Lewis when she was his student at Nova Southeastern University law school. Tony Villegas, the estranged husband of Debra Villegas, Lewis’ best friend and Rothstein accomplice, faces trial starting Monday.
