A woman who claimed she tripped and fell over cracked and broken pavement in the parking lot of a Fort Pierce U-Haul self-storage facility recovered $2,500.

Luevenia Jackson, then 49, went to a hospital with complaints of knee pain and multiple abrasions. She claimed she suffered a torn meniscus in her left knee and a herniated lumbar disc.
