About 400 female judges from around the world will gather in Miami Beach for the National Association of Women Judges conference in November.

The 34th annual conference at the Eden Roc Renaissance Nov. 7-11 will explore such issues as the independence of the judiciary, privacy laws in the age of the Internet, judicial communication on cross-border issues, how access to justice has been curbed during the recession and the challenges facing women lawyers and judges in Third World countries.
