A South Miami attorney was permanently disbarred after abandoning cases and closing his practice without informing his clients.

The Florida Bar received 11 complaints from former clients against Pablo Perez. The clients claimed they had retained Perez and paid fees, but he failed to provide any legal services for them. Correspondence mailed to Perez by The Bar was returned as unclaimed.
