A $1.5 million medical malpractice judgment against Hollywood Medical Center was erased Wednesday by the 4th District Court of Appeal.
In 1996, Ursuline Alfred, then 45, arrived at the hospital in a coma after seizures and was pronounced dead within 32 minutes.
