The Malaysian group proposing to build a massive “destination resort” that could include a casino in downtown Miami has hired a firm to oversee the hiring of hundreds of future employees.

Genting Group affiliate Resorts World Miami named Vailon Group to set employment goals, monitor hiring practices, create a community benefits plan, and ensure compliance with municipal and state staffing requirements, according to a Resorts World Miami news release.
