Over the summer, Miami developer David Martin invited attorney Isaac Kodsi, whose bankrupt company owns nearly 120 acres in Doral, for breakfast at the trendy Ice Box Cafe in South Beach.
Martin, whose father Pedro Martin heads Terra Group, had been assembling land around a distressed site called Town Center at Doral and was interested in buying more property.
