Two days from starting trial, Broward Circuit Judge Jeffrey Streitfeld gave a group of Scott Rothstein’s money-losing investors and Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust until April 30 to finish their case.
In a pretrial hearing Tuesday, Streitfeld also pressed Michael Popok, a Weiss Serota Helfman Pastoriza Cole & Boniske attorney for former Gibraltar senior vice president John Harris, to have his client submit to a deposition.
