The Deal: Sirven and Williams helped U.S. Trust engineer an $80 million loan backed by a developer’s fine art collection. The loan would help Miami developer Martin Margulies fund construction of a high-end condo project in Aventura’s exclusive Williams Island. The deal closed Jan. 21.
