Coconut Creek residents opposed to adding a hotel to the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino asked the 4th District Court of Appeal on Tuesday to revive their lawsuit.

Barbara and Melvin Turcotte, represented by Becker & Poliakoff attorney Daniel Wallach of Fort Lauderdale, are appealing an order by Broward Circuit Judge Joseph Murphy III, who determined the city complied with notice procedures when it amended a zoning ordinance to allow construction of up to 1,000 hotel rooms next to the casino.
