Woolbright Development has resolved a lingering foreclosure case by turning over the deed to the MSW Intracoastal Mall in North Miami Beach to its lender, according to Miami-Dade County records.

The Boca Raton company on March 15 transferred title to the 3501 Sunny Isles Blvd. mall to an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Canyon Capital Realty Advisors. Miami-Dade recorded the transaction Monday.
