Since the Broward County Commission delayed picking a general contractor to build the new downtown Fort Lauderdale courthouse, little has happened to encourage occupants of the old one they will be leaving anytime soon.
With the county staff recommending a new round of bids for the $270 million project, commissioners have decided to wait until some issues get sorted out.
