Claims against the Morse auto dealership family — an element of the Scott Rothstein Ponzi scheme litigation that has languished — moved forward Thursday in Broward Circuit Court.

During a case management hearing before Judge Jeffrey Streitfeld, attorneys discussed scheduling issues and other matters on several claims involving the Morses, attorneys they accuse of malpractice, the Razorback Funding investor group and TD Bank.
