Two sons of a Ukrainian-born millionaire won some measure of justice in a Broward probate court trial when the judge weighing a contested will threw out their stepfather’s case.
After hearing Victor Moskalenko’s side in a trial that began in January, Circuit Judge Mark Speiser gave a scathing ruling from the bench late Friday, concluding the widower lacked credibility and committed a fraud on the court.
