Dealmakers: Thomas Messana and Brett Lieberman

The Deal: Two Hollywood office buildings were sold March 28 following a bankruptcy auction the previous month in which the high bid was $6.85 million. Messana and Lieberman represented DBSI Sheridan, a San Diego-based company registered in Florida that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in January 2011. The company sold the buildings at 7261 and 7369 Sheridan St. to Marx Developments of North Miami Beach, which is managed by veteran investors Marc Osheroff and Mark Amarant.
