The Deal: Taft and Penan helped Liberty Investments secure a $9.15 million refinancing of the 296-pad Colonial Acres Mobile Home Park, just west of Interstate 95 in the Pinewood section of northern Miami-Dade County. New York-based Ladder Capital Finance was the lender. The deal closed April 5.
