Governor Rick Scott on Wednesday named Coral Gables attorney Ariana Fajardo to the Miami-Dade circuit bench and Miami-Dade Assistant County Attorney Rodofo “Rudy” A. Ruiz II to a county court judgeship.
Fajardo, a family and matrimonial law practitioner with Orshan & Fajardo, replaces Circuit Judge Julio Jimenez, who died in January of liver cancer.
