Fifty-one litigants attending a second Scott Rothstein deposition will have to share the costs of the deposition with the bankruptcy trustee, including the $500-an-hour fee charged by Rothstein attorney Marc Nurik.

At a hearing Thursday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray in Fort Lauderdale ruled the litigants questioning the convicted fraudster will have to pay $125 for every half hour they have requested, with the bankruptcy trustee for Rothstein’s defunct law firm paying the other $125.
