A Miami company that shares a mailing address with Colombian auto executive Carlos Mattos has assembled eight Brickell area properties, including the site of legendary Miami bar Tobacco Road, according to Miami-Dade County records.

In four separate transactions, Tobacco Road Property Holdings on April 24 picked up the eight properties, including the 626 S. Miami Ave. home of Tobacco Road, which is Miami’s oldest bar. The manager of three of the selling companies is veteran developer Michael Latterner. Patrick Gleber manages the fourth company.
