Five weeks after Broward Circuit Judge Jeffrey Streitfeld dismissed a settled lawsuit by Scott Rothstein investors against TD Bank, the lead counsel for the 55 investors who claim they lost $186 million still has not seen the smoke clear.
Discussing the discovery lapses in a Miami federal trial involving other Rothstein investors, William Scherer of Conrad & Scherer in Fort Lauderdale quoted from Alice in Wonderland , saying, “It gets curiouser and curiouser.”
