The developer behind the proposed Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort failed to meet Tuesday’s deadline to have the project financing in place.
Hollywood officials issued a letter of non-compliance Wednesday and gave developer Lon Tabatchnick three months to secure funding for the construction job, estimated at $133 million.
