Two law firms got some breathing room from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in a sealed case that has them squeezed between a defunct corporation and federal prosecutors.
The government is seeking hundreds of allegedly privileged documents that are being held by Blank Rome as part of a grand jury investigation involving clients of the two firms.
