A company managed by Armando Codina’s CC Residential has sold for $29.5 million a Miramar apartment complex it completed last year to a private investor from North Carolina.
Treo by Quantum LLC, which is based in the Coral Gables headquarters of the partnership between Codina and developer James Carr, on Monday filed a special warranty deed transferring ownership of the 131-unit Treo Apartments to Bell Fund IV Miramar Apartments LLC, according to Broward County records. Bell Fund is managed by Greensboro, North Carolina-based Bell Partners Inc. (Read the deed.)
