Miami-based Related Group has received approval to build a 31-story condo-hotel tower in Hallandale Beach.
The City Commission approved the project Wednesday night. The project, which Related has dubbed Beachwalk, would contain 216 two-bedroom suites designed to be converted into 432 hotel rooms when the suites are entered into a hotel rental program. The plan also calls for 84 condos and a five-level parking garage.
