There was worry among supporters of Robin Rosenbaum that election-year partisanship might derail her nomination to the federal bench in South Florida until at least after the presidential election.
But the former federal prosecutor who became a federal magistrate in 2007 was confirmed Tuesday on a 92-3 roll call vote in the U.S. Senate.
