Three South Florida lawyers have been disbarred and seven others received lesser punishment from the Florida Supreme Court.
Robert Joseph Friedman of Hallandale Beach was disbarred after his trust account was overdrawn and he was charged with drunken driving. Acting as a personal representative for a client’s estate, a check to a beneficiary of the estate was unpaid due to insufficient funds.
