Another retail center may be coming to the Brickell district at a time when Brickell CitiCentre developers have started construction of another shopping center in the Miami’s financial district.
An affiliate of Aventura-based Cabi Developers received U.S. Bankruptcy Court approval to convert what once was a proposed condo high-rise into a eight-story retail center, including four floors of parking. It would also provide parking for 1,000 cars.
