Greenberg Traurig is officially out of the Scott Rothstein case.

The Miami-based national law firm officially filed a notice of withdrawal as counsel to TD Bank in the Scott Rothstein bankruptcy case. According to the notice, dated July 12, Greenberg has been replaced by the law firms of Philadelphia-based McGuire Woods and the national firm Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman.
