Benihana Inc. on Monday reported improved sales for the first quarter of its fiscal year 2013.
The Miami-based operator of Japanese-themed and sushi restaurants said total restaurant sales for the quarter ended July 22 increased 3.8 percent year over year, from $105.7 million to $109.7 million.
